Project Manager
BounMa joined our team in November 2012 as Coordinator. He is involved in all our projects, has a clear understanding of what we are doing as well as a knowledge of the villages and local actors. He took over responsibility for our office in Thakhek on 1 January 2019 and is an effective driver of our projects!
Doliseang XAIYABOUN
Project coordinator
Doliseang joined the team in 2017 and works principally on projects to do with health/hygiene and women. She assists BounMa with all SDE's activities in Laos.
Lucien SIMON
Project coordinator
A school teacher in Switzerland, Lucien knows South-East Asia inside out. He speaks Laotian and Thai. He will be joining our team for 5 months from July to November 2025!
In Vietnam
Thi Sinh NGUYEN
Chief of projects
On 1 July 2025, Sinh took up her new position as Project Manager for Sourires d'Enfants in Vietnam! A native French speaker, Sinh holds a Master's degree in project management from the University of Brussels. She is already very involved in SDE's projects and will ensure an active transition with Tuyet, who has worked alongside us for two years.

We work in partnership with the Beninese association, Les 1000 Lucioles, whose President, Augustin Opossi, helps us greatly in preparing our future projects.
