Sourires d'Enfants board member André Tron spent a week in Benin to install a solar power plant in the small bush hospital of Kotopounga, with volunteers from Lumières partagées (which merged with Sourires d'Enfants in July 2023), Synergie renouvelable and Bodarima. He met our local partner Augustin Opossi, President of the Beninese association Les Mille lucioles, to discuss the development of our actions, particularly in the field of solar lighting for schools in Boukoumbé.
